Private/Semi-Private Pilates Session
Receive personal attention and instruction in a private (one-on-one) or semi- private/duet (two-person) intensive session with one of our highly trained instructors. Privates and Duets are designed to provide a full body workout to develop strength, flexibility and balance using various Pilates equipment including the Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Reformer. Private sessions are extremely beneficial at all levels of experience because you receive individual attention and guidance on your personal practice - maximizing your progress, results, and supporting and enhancing your group class experience.
Developmental Private Pilates Session
This is not a workout. The developmental private is an opportunity for you to grow your practice and Pilates skills. These are problem- solving sessions. You will find that throughout all stages of your practice, questions arise about your form, alignment, specific exercises and their execution, as well as pain patterns and many other personal issues and concerns. Our "DP" provides you with the opportunity to overcome barriers, advance your practice, and maximize your results. The value of these sessions is unmatched as the benefits extend into your regular practice and daily life.
Booty Barre (tm) (Group)
Lift, tone and blast fat with this high energy, fun 55 minute workout! Fusing ballet, Pilates, yoga and targeted muscle conditioning, Booty Barre gives outstanding visible results to clients biggest concerns - belly fat, sagging booty and cellulite! No dance experience necessary - all levels welcome!
For a true test to your core, nothing works better than the Pilates Reformer. These 60 min classes emphasize rhythmic, flowing movements that will increase strength, flexibility and stamina, while improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone. The result? A uniformly developed body with long, strong muscles!
The reformer's adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, lengthening and strengthening the muscles without adding bulk. The effects go deep and you'll build muscles you never knew you had!

**Must complete a minimum of 3 Private reformer sessions and be cleared by instructor before attending group sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: All packages expire after 3 months.
Sessions must be cancelled by 12 hours prior to class to avoid being fully charged.
