(Los Angeles, CA April 21, 2011) – By popular demand, fitness and lifestyle expert Tracey Mallett is educating and certifying fitness professionals worldwide in her revolutionary Booty BarreTM workout program. Booty Barre™ which debuted in Tracey’s California studio two years ago and was released on DVD in November 2010, has received rave reviews. The contagious workout is a fun, high energy unique class that lifts, tones, and blasts total body fat. Tracey has fused the best of legendary fitness techniques from her years of training in Pilates, Dance, Deep muscle conditioning, and Yoga to create a firm, tight, tone and streamlined body without adding bulk. Participants improve balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility and increase cardiovascular endurance while they create a firm, lean body. The workout combines fat burning interval training, deep isometric conditioning, and elongating techniques that change and sculpt the body to reduce cellulite and belly fat.

Michelle received her training and certification directly from Tracey in Houston, Texas. She is excited to bring this fun, results-producing workout to the area - get prepared to streamline, carve, strengthen and lengthen your body all while letting loose and having a blast!

A sexy, energetic 55-minute DANCE-A-THON that combines the TONING benefits of yoga, Pilates and dance to STRENGTHEN AND STRETCH the body to HELP YOU LOOK (AND FEEL) 10 years younger. (And get this… you don’t need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!!!) Alternating deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of fat-blasting cardio techniques, this fluid dance-inspired class gets your heart pumping! The Booty Barre® was conceived and developed by fitness and lifestyle expert Tracey Mallett, who is a regular contributor to leading health and fitness magazines worldwide and regularly appears on morning breakfast and lifestyle shows in USA and the United Kingdom.
