I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Is a stressful job or relationship causing you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? No matter where you are on the health spectrum, I will meet you there and support you to dramatically change your life.
We will achieve your goals by using the concept of bio-individuality – each person has her or his own unique food and lifestyle needs. No perfect way of eating works for everybody. Similarly, no one way of eating will work for you all the time. This is why diets don't work! I will support you to make changes based on your unique tastes and preferences, lifestyle, age, metabolism, ancestry and season. Instead of prescribing one fix for all people, I use a personalized, holistic approach that is based on your needs.

The food we eat is quite literally the substance that makes up our cells – it is our most intimate contact with our environment. But we are fed by more than just the food we eat – healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career and spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment.
